Three time Emmy award winner, Adam Smart, brings his extensive background in, Motion Graphics, Visual Effects, and Art Direction.  Over the last 20 years Adam has gathered extensive knowledge in the Television and Motion Picture industries. He was instrumental in the launch of an independent graphics house, Drive-Thru Creative.  During that time Adam performed key creative services on projects such as Nip Tuck, The Shield, Oscar Memoriam, Sea Biscuit and more.  His eventual move to CBS/KCAL in Los Angeles earned him three Emmys for “Adventures of LakersMan” promo 2004, “Heal the Bay” PSA 2004.  In 2006 Adam became the Art Director for a startup Network, LTN, where he branded nine shows and the overall Look for the network.  He later became a lead Senior Designer at CBS/KCAL, where again won another Emmy -for  “Heal the Bay” PSA 2007 and garnished two Emmy nominations – for “Dodger Blue Man” and “Lakers Poetry in Motion”. Additionally in 2007 he received 3 awards: Promax North American Gold Award (Dodgers/Blueman), Promax World Silver (Dodger/Blueman), and BDA World Silver (Lakers/Poetry in Motion).  Adam is Currently a lead Senior Designer at KTLA 5 where he continues to elevate his skill set and visually help KTLA 5 be the #1 Local Television Station in California. He is responsible for several  BDA / Promax nominations and has won 1 Gold and 4 Silver.
